Once a year, Nadine Pillay (Danceology) and Francois Wales (Instafitt) host a fitness event not to be missed. The energy is electrifying and the event gives exposure to some of the town’s finest fitness coaches. Coaches are granted the opportunity to showcase what they have to offer at their institutions.
Francois Wales elaborates on this year’s Fitness Fiesta: “We always try and make it as convenient as possible for all our participants. The concept was a dream of Nadine Pillay that was born five years ago and every year it just gets better and better… This year was no exception, with fun, sweat, moving, jumping, running, tyre flipping and exhaustion which was all part of our master plan. And, boy, did we get it right! We had Danceology, Instafitt, Fitness Fanatics, Pilatus by Hardy, and a wild crowd. The energy was amazing and we almost took off the roof!
