Ladysmith High School (LHS) pupils Zak Neethling and Sarah Byrne took part in the Short Course Gala in Richards Bay recently.
As members of the Ladysmith Marlins Swimming Club, the two performed exceptionally well!
Zak won three gold medals, one silver and one bronze; while Sarah swam personal best (PB) times.
Zak was over-the-moon on receiving all his medals and couldn’t be more proud.

He and Sarah had a great time and feel blessed to have had the opportunity to represent Ladysmith in Richards Bay. The two are now looking forward to the next gala.
