ESTCOURT KZN: School’s stolen equipment is recovered

A burglary at Crowfield School in the Rookdale area of Bergville on June 24 left the school fraternity without access to basic resources.

After the burglary was reported, Sergeant Malatsi took on the duties as the investigating officer.

She followed up on all leads and was finally successful on October 26.

“Sergeant Malatsi received information that the school’s photostat machine, laminator and paper was in Bergville town. She followed information and recovered the photostat machine, laminator and paper,” explained police spokesperson Warrant Officer Basheer Khan.

A 38-year-old suspect has been arrested.
