Ladysmith KZN: DA provincial leader comes to town to meet the community

Rodgers spoke to a few residents from the Acaciavale area, who aired their views about various issues

Democratic Alliance (DA) provincial leader Francois Rodgers came to town yesterday afternoon (September 29) and held a meeting in Daffodil Crescent.

The purpose was to have a ‘meet and greet’ and also discuss issues that community members in Acaciavale have been facing in their area, such as water problems and service delivery woes.

Rodgers spoke to a few residents, who aired their views on the above-mentioned issues.

The DA provincial leader will now take up these matters with the relevant departments of provincial government.

Rodgers and his team also visited Estcourt, where they went to the Colita and Forderville areas. There, asbestos roofs have not been replaced.
