DANNHAUSER KZN: Burst pipe to leave Dannhauser waterless

A burst pipe under a tree in the Newtown area of Dannhauser has forced officials to close off the water supply to certain parts of the town.

 

Amajuba District Municipality confirmed earlier that they had closed the Tower tank outlet to the high lying areas in Dannhauser town as a result of the burst pipe.
The following streets will be affected:

Park
Dahlia
Rose
Hibiscus
Church
Albert
Caister
Link
Kort

 

The water supply will be restored once the fault has been repaired.

The Municipality has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
