NEWCASTLE KZN: FCS Unit on the trail of suspected rapist

Detectives from Newcastle’s Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit are seeking assistance in locating a prime suspect in a Madadeni rape case.

Corporate Communications Officer, Lizzy Arumugam said the suspect is an African male with a dark complexion, standing around 1,8 metres tall, with a strong build and acne scarring on his face.

“We urge anyone with information about this man to contact the investigating officer, Detective Constable JC de Bruin, on 065 340 5662,” she concluded.
