Ladysmith KZN: Farm attack suspects arrested after shooting at shopping centre
The suspects were allegedly involved in a farm attack in the Van Reenen area earlier in the day
Four suspects were arrested this evening (August 16) at The Square shopping centre after a shoot-out with police.
The suspects were allegedly involved in a farm attack in the Van Reenen area earlier today.
Police and Dog (K9) Unit officers cornered the alleged criminals’ vehicle at The Square and a shoot-out ensued.Â

Firearms were found in the suspects’ possession.
A large crowd of shoppers gathered at the scene to see what had happened after hearing gunshots.
The forensic department was on scene, carrying out an investigation.
