Ladysmith KZN: Human remains found in Roosboom
The gender is unknown at this stage
Police have opened an inquest after human remains were found in Roosboom on Thursday (July 29).
A resident of the area was walking along Skietdrift Road at about 16:00 when he came across bones that looked human.
The SAPS were alerted by the resident and immediately responded to the scene. On arrival, they established that the bones were indeed those of a person and called the forensic department.

The gender of the deceased whose remains were found is unknown at this stage.
