Mayor Mdluli has spoken out amid the unrest that is gripping the provinces of KZN and Gauteng.
Dundee has thus far been spared from the violence and destruction thanks to the brave men and woman who are selflessly protecting the town.
The Municipality reopened today and thus the Mayor delivered the following message to the citizens of Endumeni.
