NEWCASTLE KZN: Municipal offices closed until further notice

The Newcastle Municipality has issued an urgent notice that its offices would be closed at 10am today (July 10), until further notice.

Head of Communications, Mlungisi Khumalo confirmed that emergency and essential services would continue working, but the rates hall would also remain closed until further notice.

“Residents are urged to utilise the municipality’s emergency lines for urgent matters and those who wish to make payments are urged to use EFT or Easy Pay methods,” he concluded.
