NEWCASTLE KZN: Hospital seeks relatives of deceased patients

One of the patients was transferred to Madadeni Provincial Hospital in 1999 and passed away in May this year.

The Madadeni Provincial Hospital has announced the deaths of two patients and has requested assistance in tracing the relatives of the patients.

Alfred Musibane was admitted to the hospital on May 29, 2021 and passed away on June 2.

“There is no other information regarding the patient on file,” confirmed Mrs HSL Khanyi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the hospital.

“Your assistance in tracing the relatives of this patient will be highly appreciated.”

The second patient, David Msomi, was transferred from Ekuhlengeni Hospital in 1999 and Khanyi revealed that since then, he had never had any visitors.

“He had no ID or contact details with him. Mr Msomi passed away on May 12, 2021.”

Khanyi has also requested help with tracing Mr Msomi’s relatives.
