On Saturday (July 3) afternoon, a vehicle carrying one person overturned on the R34 between Newcastle and Memel.
“When emergency services arrived on scene, they found the man walking around with only a few scratches; he was assessed and treated on the scene,” a source said.
The exact cause of this accident is still unknown, and it will be investigated by the appropriate authorities.
The source also stated that recently, emergency services had seen a significant decrease in vehicle collisions.
“This could be due to the restriction on alcohol sales,” he speculated.
