DUNDEE KZN: You can be a hero this July

It’s a new month and a new chance for you to be a hero. 

This month the SANBS will be in numerous venues around the Umzinyathi and Amajuba Districts, so there’s plenty of chances to donate. 

Here’s where the SANBS will be this month. 

Who can donate blood?

• You must be 16 years or older.

• You must weigh 50 kilograms or more.

• You must lead a sexually safe lifestyle.

• You must have a meal prior to donating blood.

• You must become a regular donor.
