ESTCOURT KZN: Cattle roam freely in the main street

Wandering livestock marched through Harding Street earlier today (June 1), causing traffic interruptions.

Despite several promises to address the problem of roaming livestock in and around Estcourt, the local municipality has not yet provided feedback about their plans, despite several requests for an update.
