NEWCASTLE KZN: Over 60? Here’s where you can get the Covid-19 vaccine in Newcastle and surrounds

Residents are reminded to bring a copy of their ID documents with them.

The Department of Health will begin rolling out the Covid-19 vaccine tomorrow, May 26 at different locations within the Amajuba District.

Nonhlanhla Khuzwayo, Assistant Director of the Communications Department, clarified that for the time being, the rollout was limited to people aged 60 and up.

“The vaccinations are free and all you need to bring is your ID book or a copy of your ID documents,” she said.

She explained that residents who have not yet registered for the vaccine need not worry, as registrations would also be done at the venues.

The following places will host vaccine spots from tomorrow:

Team B- Five vaccinators:
