Top local angler Lloyd Jugdawooh has been at it again, landing some great catches in the mighty Klip River. This local fisherman was out on the river with a few friends recently. Many 6kg, 7kg and 8kg fish were landed, but Lloyd went beyond this to reel in an absolute ‘monster’ of a catch.
When Lloyd set the hook, he knew it was a big one and that he was in for the fight of his life. It was massive and weighed in at 15.8kg – a ‘beast’!

Lloyd and his friends landed many other catches that were also whoppers on the scale.
The fish caught were all safely released back into the water to fight another day in the murky depths.
