Residents experiencing water and sewer related queries are advised that the uThukela District Municipality call centre number – 086 010 4257 – is currently not operational.
The district municipality assures residents that Telkom has been notified and is awaiting technicians to attend to the matter.
“Unfortunately, we do not have other 24-hour service numbers available to be used in the meantime to log-in water and sewer related queries except for the office working hours which are 036 638 5100/ 2400. We apologise for the inconvenience it may have caused,” said communications manager Jabulani Mkhonza.
