Ladysmith KZN: Latest Covid-19 statistics for Uthukela District

There have been 13,722 confirmed cases, with 13,130 recoveries and 485 deaths

The global coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic has robbed many families of their loved ones. As the world still deals with its losses, more and more innocent lives are taken each day.

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health released the latest Covid-19 statistics today (March 16):

Thus far in the Uthukela District, there have been 13,722 confirmed cases, with 13,130 recoveries and 485 deaths.

The province of KwaZulu-Natal has a total of 331,977 positive cases, 5051 active cases, 316,188 recoveries and 9874 deaths.

As of today, 123 new cases have been reported in the province.

The Ethekwini District has the most cases in KZN at 156,713 confirmed, with 152,669 recoveries and 3722 deaths.
