NEWCASTLE KZN: Municipality tackles illegal dumping in Barry Hertzog Park (VIDEO)
Despite the onslaught of heavy rain, municipal workers were already clearing the area after several complaints were received.
After an abundance of complaints of illegal dumping in Barry Hertzog Park surfaced on social media, acting Municipal Manager Vish Govender quickly intervened.
