Valentine’s Day may be done and dusted, but that doesn’t mean you need to stop spreading the love.
The second week of February is known as Random Acts of Kindness Week and encourages people to make a difference by giving to others.
Running this year from Monday, February 15 to Sunday, February 21, it encourages people to show appreciation for those around them, help those in need, and instill kindness in the youth of today so that the future can look a little brighter.
With the Covid pandemic still creating havoc across the world, spreading kindness is now more important than ever.
So this week, do something unselfish for someone else and share with us your stories.
