Ladysmith KZN: Lucky escape for driver as car crashes in Francis Road
The vehicle had to be towed away
A VW Golf 5 crashed earlier today (November 16) in Francis Road.
The vehicle was travelling from Cochrane Road through the three-way stop when the driver allegedly lost control.
The car veered off the roadway, onto the pavement, and managed to stop just before a house’s boundary fence.

Public Safety and a towing service responded to the scene.
The driver was alone in the vehicle at the time and was lucky to escape unscathed.
The vehicle had to be towed away from the scene.
