Stolen Datsun bakkies have a strange way of making their way back to their owners.
Maritz van Hiuysteen’s beloved 1400 was stolen twice only for it twice to be returned to him Following in these footsteps, Cecilia Gold had her world turned upside down when she found that her beloved 1980 red Datsun bakkie had been stolen from her Melville Street home.
“I got up on the morning of October 20 and found that my car was gone! Strangely enough, I had such a strong feeling that I would get her back. I was upset, but I just knew I would be reunited with the car I have driven since 1984.”
