A former soldier was spotted playing chicken with traffic in Harrismith Road this morning (November 9).
For over an hour, he darted in and out of traffic.
Soldiers from 5SAI eventually cornered the man and he was taken away by police…
The man, a former soldier, did not resist arrest. His was a desperate cry for help to a government that has clearly stopped listening to those with social disorders.
