DUNDEE: Dundee High lauds achievers

The Class of 2020 survived a torrid year

On Thursday, DHS hosted their annual academic prize giving.  Although it was a little bit different, everyone who attended, enjoyed it thoroughly.

The guests were even treated to a lovely snack box consisting of savoury and sweet treats.  Due to covid and this challenging year in terms of sport, DHS staff, management and governing body decided to merit sport awards based on overall performance from GR10 – Gr12.

This will ensure that athletes will be recognised for their outstanding achievements and talents. The speeches began and we were off to a great start.  Mr Pakhathi was the honoured guest speaker and shared words of wisdom with the matriculants of 2020.  The secret to success lies in action.  Mere talking about wealth will get you nowhere.
