A second suspect arrested in connection with the murders of Glen and Vida Rafferty, made his first court appearance today.
The 20-year-old suspect appeared in the Newcastle Magistrate’s B Court. He faces two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated robbery.
The case was postponed to October 26, where the suspect will formally apply for bail. He is also expected to appear alongside Siyabonga Macu during trial proceedings on October 29.
