Ladysmith: Protesters close R103 near N3
Several lines of barricades were laid out to block traffic
Ladysmith KZN – Protesters have blocked the R103 between Colenso and Frere, effectively cutting off the R103 from the N3.
Residents are protesting about the lack of housing and water in their area. They are also complaining about the state of the roads in the area.
