DUNDEE – EFF members protest outside Clicks

Yesterday, the EFF called on members to forcefully shut down the retailer's outlets countrywide

Local EFF members gathered outside the Clicks store at the Pick ‘n Pay Boulevard Centre this morning, as the party promised to shut down Clicks Stores across the nation.

The protest action comes after images on the Click’s website was viewed as showing prejudice against natural black hair.

Yesterday, the EFF called on members to forcefully shut down the retailer’s outlets countrywide. In Dundee, a handful of party members gathered outside the store, under the watchful gaze of local SAPS and a local security company who were monitoring the situation.

The group were not violent but at times did obstruct shoppers from entering the store. The police did caution them against this and are continuing to monitor the situation.
