Vryheid KZN: The community speaks out

The community has mixed feelings regarding plans for the development of a new mall in Vryheid. Many residents feel that other infrastructure needs attention first before building a mall, which might not be able to operate successfully since there are already struggles with water and electricity on a daily basis.
