A major crash on the N11 this afternoon (August 28) sadly claimed the life of one person.
The collision involved a Toyota Hilux, a Toyota Quantum and a Ford Fiesta.
The exact cause of the crash is unknown at this stage.
15 people were injured; two of them seriously injured.
All the patients were treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.

Some of the passengers in the taxi were trapped in the wreckage and firefighters had to use the jaws-of-life to free them.
The roadway was closed for a few hours.
Public Safety officers are directing traffic flow away from the area.
