Stop in at the blood donor clinic in Estcourt tomorrow
The clinic will be held in the Forderville Library activities room from 10am until 2pm
Start your week on a good note and do a good deed by donating a pint of blood this Sunday (August 23).
The Estcourt Sai Organisation is partnering with the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) to host a blood donor clinic.

The clinic will be held in the Forderville Library activities room from 10am until 2pm.
Minimum requirements to be a blood donor:
• You are between the ages of 16 and 75 years old, for first-time donors.
• You weigh a minimum of 50kg (and for platelets, a minimum of 55kg).
• You are in good health.
• You lead a low-risk lifestyle.
• You consider your blood safe for transfusion.
• You have had a balanced meal within four hours of donating blood.
