Due to lockdown, the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is unable to host fund-raisers and is in desperate need of blankets, food and monetary donations to enable them to keep the animals warm and healthy.
The SPCA is also urging all owners to sterilize their animals, which will prevent the abandonment of animals.
