eMadlangeni Local Municipal offices closed due to positive Covid-19 case

The closure of offices will enable the municipality to decontaminate the space.

Representatives from eMadlangeni Local Municipality have confirmed an employee has tested positive for Covid-19.

As per Department of Health guidelines, the offices have now closed.

“The closure of offices will enable the municipality to decontaminate the offices, as per the Department of Health’s guidelines. We encourage all community members who have developed any of the Covid-19 symptoms, such as fever, chest pains, shortness of breath, sore throat or any other flu-like symptom, to visit the flu clinic at Niemeyer Memorial Hospital. Contact tracing is underway,” said representatives.

Ratepayers have been urged to settle their bills using the municipal bank account, detailed as follows:
