[NOTICE] These areas will be without water tomorrow

Water supply will be interrupted from 7am to 4pm.

Water supply will be cut in certain area's of Newcastle on Thursday, June 18.

The Newcastle Municipality has issued a notice stating certain areas will be without water tomorrow, June 18.

According to the Communications Department, the following areas will be without water due to the re-installation of the PRV (pressure release valve) supplying these areas.

  1. Aviary Hill.
  2. Hutten Heights.
  3. Schuinshoogte.
  4. Parts of Pioneer Park.

”Please note the installation of the PRV is important in order to prevent further disruptions in the future,” said Head of Communications for Newcastle Municipality, Mlungisi Khumalo.

Water supply will be disrupted from 7am to 4pm.
