ML Sultan all set to re-open in Ladysmith on Wednesday

"The ML Sultan team has worked intensively, researching and equipping themselves in order to prepare the school for the return of the Grade7 learners"

ML Sultan Primary School has released a statement, saying that it will re-open on June 17 for the return of the Grade 7 learners.

“The ML Sultan team has worked intensively, researching and equipping themselves in order to prepare the school for the return of the Grade7 learners on Wednesday, June 17,” says the school.

School principal Mrs Donna Iyer has stated that dealing with the task of school readiness was indeed a monumental challenge, but was embraced with a positive and focused spirit by all educators and members of the governing body.

“The weight of creating a safe environment for all has definitely not been a light one; our attempt has been thorough and we are aware that every day will be different. However, with co-operation, discipline and commitment to building each other, we will achieve our objective, which is creating a safe environment for teaching and learning.

“Educators have been managing curriculum delivery through various platforms. The school has given the Grade 7 parents detailed information letters and partnered this with simple practical videos,” stated the letter issued by Mr Bihaspat from ML Sultan Primary School.
