#JusticeforPhakamani protest leaves eMondlo burning

Police have confirmed that Kubheka succumbed to a gunshot wound to the chest after an altercation between himself and two police officers in eMondlo.

The community of eMondlo has taken to the streets to protest; blocking access to the township and burning tyres. This follows the death of a community member on Saturday night.

Residents are demanding justice for Phakamani Kubheka, who died at a clinic in Section B.
