Madadeni Provincial Hospital searches for the families of three deceased patients
Hospital appeals to families to come forward .
Madadeni Regional Hospital has appealed to the public to come forward with information about the whereabouts or contact details of family members of three patients who died at the hospital recently.
Patient Busisiwe Moolou, (49), is an African female who passed away on April 6, 2020. Her hospital file number is IP F48/2020 and OP 180/20. She was admitted to the TB/MDR Ward.
Patient Mmoleti Gift (30) died on April 27, 2020. He is an African male with a hospital file IP 4508/20. He was admitted to ward 4E but subsequently died.
The third patient was an African man aged 50 who held hospital file number 3624/20. He was admitted to ward 1A on March 18 and passed away the following day and whose body remains unclaimed.
