Standard Bank in Dannhauser closed its doors last Thursday (April 2). A notice on the door read that the branch would be closed until further notice, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Despite this closure however, residents are advised to conduct all their business and personal banking at home via the app or online. The app requires no data to use.
The decision was reportedly made to limit face to face contact, and thus limit the spread of Covid-19.
