Police, Public Safety and RTI conduct roadblock on N11

The officers checked for valid permits, valid driver's licences and if vehicles were roadworthy

Public Safety, SAPS and RTI officers held a roadblock on Wednesday morning (April 1) just outside the Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) premises.

The aim of the roadblock was to check for valid permits, valid driver’s licences and if vehicles were roadworthy.

Just a reminder to please sanitize, use your masks and gloves, and wash your hands regularly to conbat the Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Police officers are patrolling the streets day and night to make sure people are not breaking the regulations that have been put in place.
