Salon worker assaulted with beer bottle

The suspect was asked to leave the salon, but came back with ill intentions.

A 28-year-old employee was assaulted with a beer bottle recently, at the Jesus Salon on Smith Street.

According to police reports, the worker was assaulted by a suspect, who entered the salon to talk to one of the clients. After he was asked to leave, the suspect returned minutes later with the bottle in hand.

He used the bottle to strike the worker over the head, causing numerous injuries. A case has been opened.
