Newcastle resident, Emile Bouwer has allegedly been arrested by local police and charged with murder on Friday, according to unofficial police sources.
The murder charge follows the discovery of his wife, Lientjie’s body at her home in Ncandu Park recently. Emile is due to appear in court on Monday (March 23).
Police spokesperson, Captain Jabulani Ncube could only confirm that an arrest had been made, but would not say if the suspect was in fact Bouwer.
