Neighbourhood watch welcomes new patrol commander and 2IC

Welcome aboard, Chris and Chris

Vryheid Neighbourhood Watch welcomed Chris van Eck Jr to the committee recently.
He joined the team as second-in-command (2IC) to the newly appointed patrol commander, Chris Marais. The appointments took place at a patrollers’ meeting at Neighbourhood Watch Headquarters, following the recent resignations of both Jacques Terblanché and Duncan Rudolph, who stepped down from their respective positions due to career opportunities and responsibilities.
The neighbourhood watch wishes them all the best on their chosen paths and noted they had left big shoes to fill.
However, the neighbourhood watch has great faith and confidence in the capabilities of the new patrol commander and his 2IC, to continue the outstanding work of their predecessors with due diligence and dedication to their leadership roles in the organisation.
Welcome aboard, Chris and Chris.
