Dry cleaners robbed for the third time

The owner was treated for head injuries

The owner of dry cleaners on Willson Street was assaulted during an armed robbery on Saturday – the third time the business has been hit over the past week.

It is understood that a group of about five men entered the shop during the course of the morning.  Others, however, said only one man actually  entered the shop to confront and assault the owner. Earlier in the week the business was robbed and copper pipes and CCTV  cameras from a nearby shop removed, nearby business owners reported.

The owner was treated for head injuries on Saturday.

More updates will be provided once these are received.
