DHS hockey players clean up

The effort was a great fund raiser for the hockey girls

Dundee High School’s first team hockey girls exchanged their sticks for buckets when they washed car at the Trading Post Car Wash to raise funds for the team on Saturday.

Car wash owner, Antoinette Corbitt, had allowed the girls, supported by some DHS rugby boys, to wash cars and gave them half of the takings for the day. The effort appeared to be great fun and a great team building exercise.

Next week, Antoinette will have the first team DHS hockey boys washing cars to raise money. Motorists are urged to support them!
