Excitement was in the air as the students of Elevate Christian Academy (formerly Estcourt Christian Academy) arrived for the first day of school on Wednesday morning.

There were no tears as the Grade 1 learners, looking adorable in their brand-new uniforms, bravely arrived at “big school” with their parents in tow.
Their little faces were filled with expectation as they walked into the Grade 1 Learning Centre, looking for their “student offices”.
Squeals of excitement could be heard as the older students welcomed their friends after the long holidays and shared news about their holiday adventures. The parents looked very proud as they walked into the beautiful classrooms to deliver their offspring to the eagerly waiting staff.
Looking smart in their navy school blazers, the seniors couldn’t wait to welcome the new additions to the ECA family and also begin their mentoring roles as “big brothers and sisters” to the younger students. Yes, the 2020 school year has officially begun and it looks like all the students and staff are ready for an exciting and rewarding year ahead!
