Miss and Mr Wembezi 2019 give back to the community
A spick and span Wembezi Multipurpose Centre
The winners of the Mr and Miss Wembezi Pageant got their hands dirty for a worthy cause on December 23. They set of to the Wembezi Multipurpose Centre armed with refuse bags and gloves.

The youth began picking up litter in and around the yard bagging it. The result was a clean, tidy and welcoming Multipurpose Centre.
Former Wembezi resident Thandoluhle Chamane who brought the Mr and Miss Wembezi Pageant to life said; “a model leads by example and being a queen is not only about glitz and glamour but giving back and lending a hand where it is needed the most, #ModelWithPurpose.”
She added that she stands firmly against drugs, teenage pregnancy and alcohol. A fun but productive day was had by the group of children.
