Today (January 15) is back to school for the children of Ladysmith. Many are returning to school, while for others, it’s their first time there.
As usual, some of the little ones will be in tears and clinging onto their moms and dads, while the more confident boys and girls exude excitement in their new environment and are eager to make new friends.

The teachers, of course, are experts at consoling the unhappy little ones on their first day, as they cry and beg to go back to their mummies.
