Child-headed households and homes headed by the elderly in Hlathikhulu were visited by Councillor Nkala and Mr Bhayla shortly before Christmas.

They came bearing gifts in the form of grocery hampers.
These were welcomed by the families as it was just in time for the festive season. The grocery hampers were generously sponsored by Saverite Sharp Mooi River.
