Fast acting police arrest Mooi River armed robbery suspects

It was revealed that an E-hailing was used to carry out the armed robbery

Dunns in Mooi River was robbed at gun point by five suspects on November 20. The suspects made away with up to 150 cell phones from the store.

Fast acting police managed to arrest four of the five men. An unlicensed firearm was also sized at kwaMashu in Durban by Mooi River Detectives and Magma Security on Friday morning during an operation.

It has since been discovered that the armed robbery was carried out  by E-hailing (the process of  ordering a car). The men may be linked to crimes in Greytown, Ladysmith, Newcastle, Port Shepstone and Durban.
