Petrol price increase for the festive season

Diesel users will be smiling, as diesel prices dropped by 15 cents a litre

It’s certainly not going to be a very good December in terms of travelling costs for motorists, as the petrol price has gone up yet again.

The price of all grades of petrol increased by 22 cents a litre as of yesterday (December 4).

Diesel users will be smiling though, as diesel prices dropped by 15 cents.

According to the Department of Energy, the main reason for the latest petrol price hike is that the average price of Brent Crude oil went up.
