Two women arrested in connection with Madadeni Mandrax bust
The suspects appeared in the Madadeni Magistrate's Court on November 20 on criminal charges.
The Madadeni Crime Prevention Team was on patrol in Madadeni’s B Section on November 19, when it received information from a concerned resident about a house allegedly being used to sell drugs.
Police proceeded to the house and conducted a raid. 150 full Mandrax pills were recovered, and two female suspects were arrested and taken to Madadeni Police Station.
The suspects were charged for the possession of Mandrax and appeared in the Madadeni Magistrate’s Court on November 20.
Official investigations into the matter continue.
